Job Description

Internship - Customer Intelligence & Analytics - Guest Experience  

Location: Warsaw 
Department: Customer Intelligence / Guest Experience, Quality & Innovation 
Duration: Up to 12 months 

Are you eager to dive into the world of Hospitality, with a focus on customer intelligence and guest experience? This internship offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic, data-driven environment where you will support key projects that enhance brand performance and guest satisfaction across Europe & North Africa. 

What will you do? 

  • Monitor guest satisfaction trends and analyze brand tracking results in selected markets. 

  • Support quantitative and qualitative research projects, including competitive analysis. 

  • Assist in the development of strategic business cases for guest experience initiatives. 

  • Contribute to transversal projects such as guest experience events and the rollout of a global insight library. 

  • Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making processes. 

Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be: 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field. 

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 

  • Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiar with project management principles. 

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
