Internship - Customer Intelligence & Analytics - Guest Experience

Duration: Up to 12 months
Are you eager to dive into the world of Hospitality, with a focus on customer intelligence and guest experience? This internship offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic, data-driven environment where you will support key projects that enhance brand performance and guest satisfaction across Europe & North Africa.
What will you do?
Monitor guest satisfaction trends and analyze brand tracking results in selected markets.
Support quantitative and qualitative research projects, including competitive analysis.
Assist in the development of strategic business cases for guest experience initiatives.
Contribute to transversal projects such as guest experience events and the rollout of a global insight library.
Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making processes.
Our ideal profile would be:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiar with project management principles.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
