Job Description:

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Advansys, you will play a critical role in designing intuitive and user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to create engaging interfaces and enhance the overall user experience across our products.

Your design process will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iteratively testing designs to ensure they meet user needs and business goals. You will also mentor junior designers and help establish best practices within the design team.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and gathering user feedback for design improvements.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, enabling better collaboration with development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to address user experience challenges.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
