Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Events Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events at Captura Hall. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating all aspects of event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, catering, and staffing.
Support the Events Manager in maintaining timelines, budgets, and vendor communications.
Prepare event materials such as guest lists, signage, and supplies.
Help with on-site event execution, including setup and breakdown.
Ensure smooth and professional interaction with clients, guests, and vendors.
Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for each event.
Qualifications
Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or administrative support is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
