User Acquisition Manager (f/m/d)

As a User Acquisition Manager your responsibility is to manage performance marketing campaigns across paid digital media channels, run bidding & creative optimization and experiments to improve performance, test new marketing channels and provide insights into performance of marketing campaigns. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.


What you will do:
  • Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels such as mobile video networks, social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships etc.
  • Work with the design team to develop creative campaigns and experiments, proactively test different hypotheses to improve creative performance.
  • Analyze and optimize user acquisition campaigns to improve performance and ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and mobile gaming marketing
  • Manage and nurture relationships with external partners such as ad networks, DSP’s and influencer agencies. Proactively research and develop new tests to improve campaigns performance.
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure that user acquisition campaigns are aligned with product goals and features. Test our products and competitors and come up with ways to improve impact on marketing initiatives.


Who you are:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a performance marketing or growth marketing role in a high-volume consumer facing digital business, ideally mobile gaming
  • Hands-on experience running campaigns across a variety of user acquisition channels such as social media, influencer partnerships, DSP’s, mobile video networks etc.; strong experience with at least one of the aforementioned channels
  • Proven track record of improving business performance from self driven projects or initiatives.
  • Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
