At Artemis Ward, there is no element of our work that’s off-limits to the Creative Strategy intern. You’ll get hands-on experience across the full agency workflow, contributing to real client work, internal initiatives, and new business efforts. You’ll gain exposure to every aspect of the creative strategy discipline while learning from a tight-knit, collaborative team.

This role is ideally meant for graduating seniors looking to kick-start their professional career.
You’ll work closely with Strategy Directors and Senior Creative Strategists to support a wide range of projects, including:
Participating in brainstorms, planning sessions, and ideation for client and internal campaigns
Assisting in content creation and editorial planning across platforms, including social, web, and paid media
Supporting project organization, timelines, and asset management
Contributing to copywriting efforts for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital experiences
Supporting new business and internal marketing initiatives through research, planning, and creative development
Attending team meetings, professional development workshops, and cross-functional collaboration sessions
Helping with day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the agency
This is a paid, full-time internship based in our Washington, DC office, running from May–September 2025 (exact dates flexible). Candidates must be available to work on-site at least three days per week, with optional remote work up to two days per week.
