Responsibilities: The FP&A Analyst will prepare analyses for optimizing business results, model budget and forecast scenarios, produce weekly and monthly reports for decision-making, and partner with the accounting team on financial controls.
Skills: Candidates must have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in data mining tools like SQL. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to work under tight deadlines, are essential.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field and at least 3 years of FP&A experience are required, with additional finance experience preferred.
Location: This position is on a hybrid schedule based in Burlington, Massachusetts, United States.

We are seeking a skilled and detailed-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision making and enhancing operational efficiency. A strong background in data mining, advanced excel and financial modeling is essential for success in the role.
There is frequent interaction with senior executives including the CFO. This role produces important data-driven deliverables in support of commercial reviews, senior leadership meetings, and other critical Finance materials.
