Position Overview

The Autodesk People and Places Organization (PPL) is on a transformative journey, revolutionizing our Talent landscape. We have an opportunity for a Content and Adoption Specialist who will build, measure, and maintain meaningful, engaging and sustainable content, delivered at the right time for the right audience, in support of a diverse portfolio of talent programs and experiences. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Talent Enablement, you will work across the Talent portfolio, partnering with Talent leaders, Talent enablement and program managers, Talent operations, and the PPL GTM team.

You will build, lead, and manage ongoing comms and marketing campaigns to increase awareness of and enrollment in our talent and learning programs. Leveraging your experience in communication, marketing, knowledge management and content strategy, you will develop and implement short-term and long-term operational plans to advance both content strategy and adoption. You will also develop and manage tools and resources to optimize program and content management. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and content management expertise to guide the development and deployment of impactful content that educates and engages all Autodeskers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead a clear and measurable content strategy inclusive of SharePoint content, learning content across platforms (LMS, LXP) and digital assets (video, graphics, etc.) for L&TM strategic and functional priorities

  • Create a Content Management Framework, including design, implementation, developing processes and protocols for knowledge capture, storage, accessibility

  • Develop and manage ongoing practices to drive program enrollment and transfer of learning back to the workplace, developing engaging and informative marketing content, including email, blog posts, internal media updates, videos, and webinars, to increase awareness of different programs

  • Own and enforce content creation standards, governance processes, and delivery method parameters. Ensure content aligns with the company's brand voice, messaging, and overall look and feel

  • Create high-quality, engaging content, including email, blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, that resonate with target audiences, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors/contributors as needed

  • Establish a refresh process and schedule. Ensure out of date content is deactivated

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, using data and insights to refine strategies and improve engagement

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience in a combination of content marketing, internal communication and/or change management roles, with an emphasis on digital channels

  • Expertise in marketing tools, including email marketing, Slack, website builders, SharePoint, marketing surveying, and research tools

  • Experience with content management systems and analytics tools (Excel, PowerBI, or equivalents)

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies

  • Outstanding writing, editing, and proof-reading skills; demonstrated track record of creating impactful content

  • Excellent verbal communication, especially with visual presentations and recorded media delivery

  • Excellent program management, change management organization, and team collaboration skills

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

  • Positive and collaborative with a focus on building effective relationships and influencing through partnerships

  • Strategic thinker, ability to drive to clarity in ambiguous circumstances

  • Passion for high quality in the finished product

  • Experimentation mindset: willing to accept feedback and iterate to improve process or product

  • Ability to understand the business environment and objectives and develop solutions accordingly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, or Marketing (or similar) —Strongly Preferred

  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design processes (ADDIE, SAM)

  • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies within the learning industry

  • Experience using communication tools and content to drive engagement and adoption

  • Graphic design, web design, or user experience design experience

Vous élaborerez, dirigerez et gérerez des campagnes de communication et de marketing continues afin d'accroître la notoriété de nos programmes de talents et de formation et d'augmenter le nombre d'inscriptions. En tirant parti de votre expérience en communication, marketing, gestion des connaissances et stratégie de contenu, vous développerez et mettrez en œuvre des plans opérationnels à court et à long terme afin de faire progresser la stratégie de contenu et son adoption. Vous développerez et gérerez également des outils et des ressources afin d'optimiser la gestion des programmes et du contenu. Ce poste requiert une combinaison de créativité, de réflexion stratégique et d'expertise en gestion de contenu afin de guider le développement et le déploiement d'un contenu percutant qui informe et engage tous les collaborateurs d'Autodesk.

Responsabilités

  • Concevoir et diriger une stratégie de contenu claire et mesurable, incluant le contenu SharePoint, le contenu d'apprentissage sur toutes les plateformes (LMS, LXP) et les ressources numériques (vidéos, graphiques, etc.) pour les priorités stratégiques et fonctionnelles de L&TM

  • Créer un cadre de gestion de contenu, incluant la conception, la mise en œuvre, le développement de processus et de protocoles pour la capture, le stockage et l'accessibilité des connaissances

  • Définir et appliquer les normes de création de contenu, les processus de gouvernance et les paramètres des méthodes de diffusion. Veiller à ce que le contenu soit conforme à l'image de marque, au message et à l'identité visuelle de l'entreprise

  • Créer un contenu de haute qualité et attrayant, notamment des e-mails, des articles de blog, des livres blancs, des études de cas et des vidéos, qui trouve un écho auprès du public cible, en collaboration avec les équipes internes et les fournisseurs/contributeurs externes, si nécessaire

  • Mettre en place un processus et un calendrier de mise à jour. Veiller à ce que le contenu obsolète soit désactivé

Qualifications minimales
