We are looking for both part time and full time team members that are friendly, outgoing, and welcoming individuals to join our team! Our customer service attendants are primarily responsible for interacting with customers, ensuring a positive wash experience at our express car wash locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Members will be knowledgeable on car wash services, technology, and membership options.
  • Educate customers on all options to help them make the best decisions for their needs.
  • Move or direct cars into the wash area with pleasant and competent attitude
  • Perform visual inspection of vehicle condition before sending them through the wash
  • Signal drivers to ensure proper loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Pre-wash and prep exterior areas of vehicles before sending them through the wash
  • Carry out periodic preventative maintenance procedures to ensure equipment stays in proper working order
  • Help keep facilities clean and organized including tunnel, grounds, restrooms, lounge, and employee common areas
  • Assist customers at kiosk and vac stations
  • Help maintain vac stations (clean, emptied, unclogged and hung properly)
  • Assist the management team as needed

Requirements

  • Reliable, respectful, and responsible individual
  • Displays positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift items of moderate weight
  • Ability to work outside and standing for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Possess valid and current drivers license
  • Experience driving different types of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions
