At Avaloq, we're on the lookout for a Senior HRO Subject Matter Expert to join our vibrant team in Makati, Metro Manila. As a leader in wealth management technology and services, Avaloq believes in the power of collaboration, innovation, and a flexible work environment to help our colleagues shine. In this pivotal role, you’ll evaluate HR processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and automation while collaborating closely with regional HR teams to tailor our global policies to local needs. Your expertise will support exciting global HR projects, from implementing HRIS systems to rolling out new policies, ensuring that every initiative is executed perfectly and on time. You’ll be the driving force behind our global HR Solutions, managing our AskHR ticketing tool and optimizing our HR SharePoint site to ensure they are accessible and user-friendly for our worldwide team. Your analytical skills will come into play as you generate insights from HR data and monitor key HR metrics to improve our processes continually. With a minimum of 5 years in HR operations and strong project management skills, you’ll have a significant impact on how we engage with our valued employees.
