Our client is a fast-growing tech start-up that is revolutionizing the way travelers stay connected to the internet abroad. With a diverse team of over 350 professionals, they are helping millions of travelers stay connected across more than 180 destinations worldwide. As part of global expansion, they are seeking a motivated Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with their carrier partners. 
Role Overview: 
As a Business Developer, you will be in charge of leading the carrier business development in Latam, Africa and Middle East carrier partnerships mainly. The objective of this role is to achieve new innovative contracts with new Mobile Carrier Operators across the world under complex enterprise sales (partnerships) negotiation. You will help strengthen their global eSIM network and collaborate with internal teams to optimize these relationships.

Responsibilities: 
• Strategic Partnership Development:

Leverage your strong knowledge of eSIM and GSMA-related technologies to proactively investigate market trends, identify new telco carriers and partners, and onboard them to enhance their product offerings in line with the approved carrier relations strategy of improving their product offerings based on approved carrier relations strategy.  
• Contract & Agreement Execution:

Lead and oversee contract negotiations to optimize pricing, service features, and technology integrations. 
• Operational Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain carrier agreements efficiently. 
• Market & Performance Analysis:

Continuously review and prioritize incoming feature integrations with telco carriers, and constantly look for improvement in the current product/supplier portfolio. 
• Process Optimization:

Ensure seamless execution of end-to-end carrier management, from onboarding to contract renewal, reducing inefficiencies. 

Required Experience: 
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in account management, business development, or carrier relations within the telecommunications industry ideally in the eSIM business 
• Strong negotiation skills and proven experience in contract management with international mobile carriers. 
• Deep understanding of MNO, MVNO, and MVNE business models. 
• Experience analyzing business performance metrics and driving strategic initiatives. 
• Fluent in English (C1 level required); additional languages are a plus. 
• Experience working in fast-paced, global, and multicultural environments. 
• Strong analytical and results-driven approach.

• Previous experience working with mobile carriers or telecom providers. 
• Knowledge of eSIM and GSMA technologies. 
• International experience or exposure to global markets.
