About Role:

As a Business Analyst focused on Sales Operations, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping how we approach, manage, and close new business opportunities — and how we retain and grow them. You won’t just report on numbers – you’ll dig deep into the current sales process, identify inefficiencies, propose and lead improvements, and track the impact of those changes. You’ll also support the Customer Success team with post-sales insights, helping ensure smooth onboarding, strong engagement, and long-term client satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end analysis of the B2B sales process – from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas with potential for automation or process redesign
  • Conduct 'As-Is' process modeling to document the current state, and 'To-Be' modeling to define desired future states
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to design and implement improved workflows and tools
  • Identify change requirements across the sales and post-sales processes, ensuring adoption and training where needed
  • Track conversion rates, onboarding timelines, product activation, and retention metrics
  • Provide data-driven support for client onboarding processes and customer segmentation strategies
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to monitor usage patterns, client feedback, and churn risk
  • Ensure data quality and consistency within CRM and other systems across the full customer lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Sales Operations or Sales Development roles
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, funnel metrics, and CRM data structures
  • Proven experience in driving operational change and measuring its success
  • Experience with 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' process modeling techniques
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (MS Dynamics) and process automation tools
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Fluent in written and oral English.
