This diverse organization has successfully transitioned into various sectors, including real estate, clean energy, and marketable securities. As a Portfolio Manager, you'll oversee a substantial real estate portfolio of approximately 1.5 million square feet spanning multifamily, self-storage, industrial, retail, and office assets. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while managing leasing and operational tasks. You'll conduct site inspections, perform market surveys, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with tenants through excellent customer service. In this position, you will also supervise property managers and the onsite team, assisting with training and addressing operational concerns. Utilizing various software tools, you'll analyze market trends, monitor property performance, and provide valuable insights to your supervisor. Qualifying candidates should have at least three years of multifamily and commercial property management experience, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
