Job Description

  • Design, artwork, layout and formatting, typesetting promotional material.
  • Establish partnerships with universities to collaborate in Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Assist in conceptualizing and designing of social media contents which align with organization's goals.
  • Liaise with department teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trend.
  • Prepare, draft, and edit write-ups for readability and consistency.
  • Proof reading and copy writing.
  • Assist end to end for employer branding Events and Projects.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate students from any major, preferably in late semester.
  • Preferably with related organizational/project experience, with portfolio to attach.
  • Experience in handling events will be a plus point.
  • Excellent creativity skill, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Solid knowledge of Canva.
  • Understanding of the latest social media trends.
  • Familiar with visual communication principles and copywriting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English.
  • Passion for writing and designing.
  • Team player and people person with positive learning attitude.
