At Brightwheel, we are building a best-in-class sales training program and are looking for someone passionate about learning and development to play a critical role in achieving this goal.
As a Sales Training Manager, you will partner with the Sales Management team to coach and develop Sales Representatives focused on prospecting, booking meetings, facilitating demos, and closing new business. Your objectives will be twofold: First, you will coach new hires to achieve ramping productivity goals, and second, you will provide targeted ongoing training for existing reps. Your experience in training on sales scripts and familiarity with Salesforce and other sales productivity tools (i.e., Revenue.io, Tableau, WorkRamp) will enable you to have an immediate impact.
Brightwheel is quickly growing the sales team, and this role will be critical in providing new hires with a great experience and the support they need to meet and exceed their goals. The Sales Training Manager will be comfortable getting up-to-speed quickly on our processes, systems, tools, and technology and will be excited to jump in and take ownership of training outcomes.

For cash compensation, brightwheel sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. In addition to equity, our annual cash compensation for this in all US-based locations is an on target earnings of $115,000 - $145,000.
