SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - 1 to 3 years

Mission Context: Time2Pay project - SuccessFactors EC Time implementation

Work Location and Setup: Philippines (remote)

Work Schedule: 3:00PM-1:00AM, 5 days a week - following Lisbon time zone

Mission Scope :

As part of Time2Pay project, this person will support the SuccessFactors EC Time implementation, EC and RBP configuration as well as EC Reporting developments

Mission details :

While this list is not exhaustive, here are the major activities that the External Consultant is expected to perform/deliver :

  • Support the design of the business requirements for EC Time & EC.
  • During the Build phase, support the execution of all necessary configuration activities.
  • Execute the required project testing (Non-Regression Tests, Regression Tests, System Integration Tests, and User Acceptance Tests).
  • Prepare cut-over activities and deploy the changes to Production.
  • Manage documentation (Global Solution Design Documents, Configuration Manual, Workbooks, End User Training materials, and all types of Testing Documentation).
  • Conduct Knowledge Transfer and End User Training sessions.
