Job Description

LinkedIn was built to help professionals achieve more in their careers, and every day millions of people use our products to make connections, discover opportunities, and gain insights. Our global reach means we get to make a direct impact on the world’s workforce in ways no other company can. We’re much more than a digital resume - we transform lives through innovative products and technology.

This is a full-time summer internship role based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. At LinkedIn, we trust each other to do our best work where it works best for us and our teams. This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together.

LinkedIn’s Go-to-Market Enablement (GTME) organization drives strategy and execution of programs to increase our sales teams’ success. The Blueprint team within GTME acts as an enablement center of excellence, developing the playbook for repeatable success that can be leveraged across lines of business. We raise the bar for sales excellence, collaborating across GTME to prioritize and deploy learning programs to enhance sales skills, methodology, process, and coaching.

As part of this team, you will own and manage enablement and strategy initiatives aimed at improving sales productivity and operational efficiency, while helping to scale our sales methodology across the entire sales organization. You will play a critical role in refining learning solutions designed to help sellers be more effective and successful in their roles. This includes gathering feedback on existing solutions to identify gaps and develop targeted resolutions that address the evolving needs of the sellers.

In this role, you will have direct engagement with various cross-functional stakeholders and opportunities to work on projects directly aligned with our leadership’s initiatives. Your work will be instrumental in driving the adoption of best practices and ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the skills and tools needed to thrive in their roles.

Your 12-week internship will enhance not only your analytical, operational, and strategy skillset but also your networking skills. During your time with us, you'll take part in training, virtual/in-person outings, all-hands meetings, and community service events all designed to give you avenues in which to meet your peers, executives, and to get a comprehensive view of LinkedIn. We are deeply committed to helping you through thoughtful project work and professional training. Exceptionally high-performing summer MBA interns have the potential to earn an opportunity to join us full-time after graduation, dependent on team and business needs. This position can be performed in San Francisco or New York City, dependent upon which location the applicant chooses.

  • Identify Opportunities and Drive Strategic Initiatives: Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and design execution plans for projects and programs aimed at increasing productivity and improving operational efficiency across LinkedIn’s sales organization.
