Your primary goal will be to foster long-lasting relationships with our clients, focusing on retention and growth by identifying upselling opportunities and ensuring their needs are met. You'll be the voice of ArrowStream, working directly with our customers to maintain deep knowledge of their businesses, and keeping track of changes that may influence our relationship. Additionally, you'll lead client meetings and advocate for our clients’ interests in product enhancements and service delivery.
