About the role:

We’re seeking a Performance Marketer to scale our paid marketing program, focusing on web campaigns while supporting efforts on iOS and Android as needed. You’ll manage campaigns across platforms, drive experiments, and identify growth opportunities. Organized and data-driven, you balance quick iteration with a commitment to quality.

You’ll focus on Google Search while supporting the team across platforms, identifying growth opportunities, testing new strategies, and launching fresh tactics. With a data-driven mindset, you’ll thrive in managing campaigns in a fast-growing startup.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specializing in paid search.

  • Proven proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other web acquisition platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to budgeting and performance monitoring.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, write concise ad copy, and execute independently
    Technical understanding of conversion tracking setup, with the ability to execute independently or guide technical teams.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with teams like Design, Engineering, and Analytics.

  • You have familiarity with paid social, and some experience running ads for iOS or Android apps.
