We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who will serve as a strategic partner, maximizing executive productivity, streamlining operations, and driving impact by anticipating needs and enabling leaders to focus on what matters most. This role will likely spend 70% of the time supporting the C-team and 30% of the time playing a crucial role in supporting our hiring efforts and ensuring smooth day-to-day people operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA who is hyper-organized and passionate about expanding your scope into the broader People space to facilitate our employee experience and culture as we scale. This role will report to the VP of People, and you will work closely with our entire Exec team, as well as our Talent Acquisition and People team members to create a seamless experience for candidates and employees alike. You’ve hustled, you’ve created, you’ve implemented, and you love the intensity of a startup in high-growth mode.
This is full time position, the salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on level of experience and geographic location. This role is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates in PT, MT, or CT timezones.
