Location: RemoteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $100 - 106 per hourWe are seeking a skilled and strategic Market Research Manager to join our client's Pipeline Commercialization and Strategy Market Research (PCS MABI) team!This role will serve as the key market research point of contact for Brand Leadership, providing insights that guide brand strategy and drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical market research and analytics, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Responsibilities:• Serve as the PCS MABI point of contact.• Build trusted partnerships with Brand Leadership to guide strategy and advise on key initiatives by leveraging primary market research, data analytics, and competitive intelligence.• Lead cross-functional business teams across pipeline indications, framing and prioritizing critical brand questions to enable rapid, data-driven decision-making.• Provide insights into current and future market dynamics, proactively identifying and developing analytics solutions to support objective decision-making.• Play a leading role in the continuous brand planning process, drawing on a deep understanding of market drivers, patient journeys, competition, and positioning.• Identify opportunities to enhance patient and healthcare provider (HCP) experiences and develop plans to address leverage points and gaps.• Ensure all PCS MABI activities are conducted on time, within budget, and in accordance with financial and ethical compliance guidelines.Qualifications:• Experience level: Experienced• Minimum 10 years of experience• Bachelor’s degree required.
