About the role and team

We are seeking a hungry, organized, and detail oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team for a 6 month contract period. You will play a crucial role in our company's success by helping us to recruit the best talent in the world as efficiently as possible. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and successful hiring process. 

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Interviews:

    • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

    • Manage calendars, send calendar invites, and confirm interview details with all parties.

    • Organize logistics for virtual (Google Meet) and in-person interviews, including meeting rooms and technology setup.

    • Follow up with candidates to ensure they have all necessary details, such as location, time, and expectations.

  • Candidate Communication:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

    • Send interview confirmations, candidate prep materials and follow-up emails

    • Answer candidate inquiries related to roles, interview processes, and timelines.

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by keeping communication timely, professional, and clear.

  • Maintaining Candidate Database:

    • Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information, interview status, and hiring stages.

    • Ensure candidate profiles are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
