Delivery Manager

With the Philippines as a key delivery center, we are expanding our local team and seeking a Delivery Manager to spearhead project success and foster an agile culture.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, meeting timelines, and adhering to budgets.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate across multiple regions, acting as a key contact to support project alignment and manage workforce needs in the Philippines.
  • Foster a strong agile culture, promoting collaboration, flexibility, and responsiveness to change.
  • Work with cross-functional teams in strategy, design, data science, and engineering to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Actively support regional teams (Australia, North America, China, Latam) in managing project resources, timelines, and operational requirements.
  • Facilitate training initiatives to strengthen the agile mindset and enhance project management capabilities within the team.
  • Conduct regular retrospectives and assessments to improve workflows and maximize productivity.
  • Mentor and guide team members, promoting an inclusive, high-performance work environment that aligns with company goals.



Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within digital or IT consulting, with a focus on cross-regional collaboration.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and agile project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships across different regions and cultures.
  • Experience in managing resources and workflows in a global delivery model, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams, including strategy, data science, design, and engineering.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role with team management and mentoring responsibilities is highly desirable.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certifications are a plus.


Additional Information:
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
  • Work Location: Quezon City
  • Shift Schedule: Day Shift (9:00AM - 6:00PM); 9 hours a day, 5 days a week
