As a BCBA at Circle Care Services in Trenton, NJ, you'll take on a variety of key responsibilities, including developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children on the autism spectrum, leading and training therapists in the application of ABA techniques, and regularly assessing client progress through data collection and analysis.
