Summary:

Collects, transforms, and loads data into the Master Data Management System (MDM) in order to enrich the company’s domain enterprise information.


At the entry level you work under supervision while adhering to the departmental data governance guidelines.


Essential Job Functions:
  • Prepares data for computer entry by gathering and sorting information from reports, employees and other departments.
  • Identifies input requirements by reviewing data for deficiencies.
  • Corrects errors by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
  • Organizes information in order to optimize swift and accurate entry.
  • Verifies entered data, by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
  • Follows established departmental Data Processing and Governance procedures.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Works under supervision and understands the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts.
  • Ability to work full time or overtime, if necessary.


Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 years’ experience in a relevant field.


Competencies:
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • High typing accuracy.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and maintain positive relationships with co-workers.

  • Screening call with Talent Acquisition Partner (30 minutes)
  • Microsoft Teams Hiring Manager Interview (30 minutes)
  • Microsoft Teams Panel Interview (60 minutes)

Physical Demands
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing.  The employee must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
