SUMMARY
The Computer Systems Analyst II are responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and maintaining computer systems and software applications. Provides technical support, troubleshoots issues, and ensures the proper functioning of computer hardware and software. Plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization's computer systems.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Conducts analysis and evaluation of computer systems and software applications.
Provides technical support and troubleshooting for complex computer systems and software.
Installs, configures, and maintains computer hardware and software.
Collaborates with team members to identify and resolve technical issues.
Develops and updates system configurations and procedures.
Participates in testing and quality assurance activities.
Provides user training and support.
Assists in the development and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two to four (2-4) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.
