Join our team as a Technical Compliance Manager and lead a team of analysts in overseeing compliance matters. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, especially the technical and product teams, ensuring our proprietary gaming and sports betting platforms meet regulatory standards.

Your role includes advising on technical regulatory requirements, strengthening safeguards, and managing third-party audits.

 Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess technical compliance risks, and work with internal teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with product and tech teams in the company.
  • Lead the compliance team’s role in the change management of the Group.
  • Support the delivery of projects incl. the tech implementation of new regulatory requirements. 
  • Oversee the technical audit programme to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
  • Assist with regulatory reporting for instances of non-compliances.
  • Prepare documents (incl. policies, procedures and manuals) for internal stakeholders and authorities.
  • Propose and follow up on the integration of technical solutions to enhance efficiency in the compliance-team day-to-day functions.

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical compliance or similar role within the iGaming sector;
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Cybersecurity, Business or a related field would be an asset;
  • Familiarity with certification / audit processes of gaming software and systems; 
  • Strong understanding of risk management within your area of expertise;
  • Proficiency in change-management solutions within a regulated framework;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike;
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
  • Effective people management and decision-making skills.
