Comstruct ist ein schnell wachsendes Start-up in der Bauindustrie. Werde als Enterprise Account Executive Teil unseres Revenue Teams und begleite deine eigenen Kunden von der Discovery bis zum ersten Roll Out Vertrag. Lege zusammen mit unserem CEO (Henric Meinhardt) die Grundlage für unsere Sales Organisation in Deutschland. Du wirst hybrid in unserem Office in München starten und hast die Möglichkeit, auf Augenhöhe mit unseren Mitgründern das Unternehmen aktiv zu gestalten.

  • Aufbau von Prozessen, Materialien und Tooling

  • Durchführung der Vertragsanbahnung

  • Identifikation der prozessualen und technischen Probleme des Kunden

  • Teilnahme auf Messen und Branchenveranstaltungen

Dein Profil

Du hast bereits in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld gearbeitet und genießt die Freiräume in einer jungen Organisation. Du genießt es dich mit neuen Menschen auszutauschen und arbeitest dich gerne in komplizierte Prozesse und Produkte ein. Vorerfahrungen in B2B SaaS oder der Bauindustrie sind natürlich Pluspunkte.

  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und C1 in Englisch

  • 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer relevanten B2B SaaS AE Rolle

  • Idealerweise Vorerfahrung in der Bauindustrie oder dem Einkauf

  • Kompetitives Gehalt bis zu 160.000 OTE und bis zu 0.5% VSOP

comstruct ist ein junges Bau-Tech-Start-Up, das im März 2022 gegründet wurde. Mit einem Team von 4 Mitgründern mit unterschiedlichen Hintergründen automatisiert comstruct den Einkaufsprozess in der Bauindustrie.
