OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and fostering positive employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills and have experience with talent management systems, including ATS. If you are passionate about enhancing employee experiences and contributing to organizational success, we want to hear from you.· Recruitment:Assisting with the hiring process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews.· Onboarding:Managing the new employee onboarding process, including paperwork, introductions, and overseeing training.· Employee Records:Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.· Compliance:Staying updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring company adherence.· Training and Development:Coordinating employee training programs and development opportunities.Conduct 30/60/90 day reviews to check in with employees and provide necessary support for their development and integration.· Employee Experience:Oversee the employee experience to ensure it remains engaging and supportive, from onboarding through ongoing development.· Administrative Tasks:Handling general HR administrative duties like filing, data entry, and maintaining HR systems.Required Skills for a Human Resources Coordinator:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational and time management abilities• Attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively• Problem-solving and decision-making skillsJoin us as we strive to create an inclusive workplace that values diversity and promotes growth for all employees.
