Compensation includes a base salary of $54,200.00 - $81,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Cox Automotive is currently looking for a Graphic Designer II to join our team in Burlington, Vermont. 

Graphic Designer II manages multiple client accounts and is responsible for creating the design elements that reflect the client’s monthly digital marketing campaign goals. This position requires taking a leading role on interpreting campaign specifications to deliver integrated components with strong visual impact.

  • Operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of design assets and design prototypes.
  • Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and of high quality.
  • Effectively designs in a clean, well-structured, easily maintainable format.
  • Possesses creative, technical and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.
  • Possesses solid understanding of design and user experience, leveraging data where possible to ensure maximizing usability.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment

Who You Are

Minimum: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 2 years of relevant work experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with a wide variety of operational and process related functionality including, but not limited to, design, front-end development and compliance standards.
  • Fundamental understanding of design principles, with strong knowledge of typography and image composition.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML and Action Script a plus.
  • Application should include resume plus documents with relevant work samples or a link to an online portfolio.
