The Graphic Designer will contribute to our creative team by producing high-quality, innovative design solutions that enhance and promote our brand across various platforms. This position involves advanced design work with a focus on individual contribution, collaboration, and some project leadership, ensuring brand consistency and excellence. The ideal candidate is results-driven with a strong talent for graphic design. We are seeking a talented Illustrator/designer to create engaging and visually appealing artwork that aligns with our brand identity and project requirements.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop dessert illustrations, characters, backgrounds, and other visual elements based on project needsExcellent understanding of color, composition, and visual storytellingCreate illustrations in our brand styleDesign and develop visual content for digital, print, and multimedia that aligns with the brand's identity and objectives.Assist in the execution of brand strategies while offering creative input.Work closely with marketing, product teams, and other departments to ensure a unified brand voice.Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas that challenge conventional thinking.Manage personal project timelines and assist in coordinating team project deadlines.Provide feedback and minor guidance to less experienced designers when needed.Stay updated on design trends to keep the brand's visual elements current and impactful.Independently create campaign art direction that requires little to no feedback. Exceeds expectations when delivering final assets (goes above and beyond in presenting deliverables. Puts together presentations and mock-ups that offer multiple solutions. In the manager's absence, mentor team members, and showcase leadership skills by seamlessly collaborating with cross-department efforts/teams.Provide and receive feedback on projects while keeping an open mind and a collaborative spirit. Knowledge of file prepping for print(if applicable, color conventions, etc.)Contribute to expanding the Brand by taking ownership of projects and developing leadership skills.
