We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Designer/Engineer to join our team. This full-time, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 and is based in a hybrid work environment, with three days in the office and two days remote. If you have over five years of experience designing HVAC systems for commercial buildings, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will design and engineer HVAC systems, focusing on heating/cooling loads, pumps, chillers, fans, and boilers. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client needs and industry standards. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed design documents, specifications, and reports, as well as troubleshooting and resolving design issues.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and at least five years of experience in HVAC system design for commercial buildings. Proficiency with HVAC design software and tools is essential, as are strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are a must. Candidates with short job tenures (less than 2-3 years) will not be considered. This position does not offer sponsorship; applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
