Customer Service, Dispatch & Inventory Audit Position
International Refrigeration Contracting Company seeking hybrid position to work from home and at our Valparaiso Indiana warehouse one day a week.. Successful candidate will work from home office 20-30 hours per week. Hours 12:30 - 18:00 central time. Hours may be adjusted with season
Working from home office candidate will answer company phone, manage customer service requests, including dispatching, schedule field staff, manage customer maintenance plans, extensive work in company & Google databases. Must demonstrate extensive experience in Google Office Products.
Warehouse assignment will include management of inventory database and reports. This will require management of truck binders by updating and mailing to technicians.
Must have quiet dedicated home office environment with laptop PC (Apple Products do not operate in our system enviroment), laser printer, multi page scanner and quality internet service. We furnish company telephone, printer paper and outgoing postage. Post High School training should be indicated in resume.
