Responsibilities/Qualifications

Drees Homes, one of the largest privately-owned homebuilders in the nation, is looking for a Sales Software Trainer for our Marketing Department in our Corporate Offices in Fort Mitchell, Ky. In this position, you will be responsible for implementation, training an support of company-wide marketing and sales tools for both the inside and outside sales teams. The position will take the lead in integrating training needs of the Company as it pertains to sales tools.

 

Key Responsibilities -

  • Coordinate customer relationship management system (Salesforce CRM) for use by Market Managers and New Home Specialist and train personnel
  • Act as a liaison to our IT Department to ensure the program is working as designed
  • Manage user setup and reports within the CRM; design CRM reports
  • Identify and correct any issues
  • Assist with implementation of additional online tools
  • Train sales staff on the contract writing program, CPQ and other tools
  • Maintain training documents and work with IT on updated content for the LMS for all marketing/sales applications
  • Travel as needed for training purposes

 

 Qualifications -

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 2-4 years' experience with sales training and CRM tools
  • Salesforce CRM experience, preferred
  • Experience with contract writing software programs, a plus
  • Customer service focused
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
