Founding Product Marketer

About Endgame

At Endgame, we believe trust and human connection matter more than ever in today's automated world. We're transforming enterprise sales by turning every seller into a trusted advisor. Our AI-powered platform unifies data from emails, calls, CRM, news, 10-Ks, and more to instantly connect the dots for sales reps and empowering them to build meaningful customer relationships through deep understanding.

We’re a team that thrives on tough problems, elegant design, and cutting-edge technology. Since launching in 2021, we’ve raised $47.5M from top-tier investors including Menlo Ventures, Upfront, Unusual Ventures, and EQT Ventures.

Your Mission 🚀

We are hiring our Founding Product Marketer to shape how the world sees Endgame. You will work with the CEO to define and execute the messaging and content that drive awareness, trust, and adoption. Working directly with our leadership team, you will be instrumental in developing positioning strategy, crafting compelling narratives, creating standout content, leading product launches, and establishing a voice that cuts through the noise.

If you are excited about building a brand from the ground up and playing a key role in defining a new category, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Own 🗓

  • Craft our story – Partner with the CEO and COO to define the Endgame narrative and translate it into powerful messaging across channels.

  • Define our positioning and strategy – Own and evolve our messaging architecture, ensuring it’s grounded in customer insight, competitive differentiation, and market trends.

  • Build a strategic content engine – Own the content calendar and lead the creation of blog posts, newsletters, product updates, and customer stories.

  • Create credible, resonant thought leadership – Interview top sales leaders and translate those insights into content that builds our brand and grows our audience.

  • Amplify our presence on LinkedIn – Drive our strategy for organic growth and thought leadership, and help establish our execs as go-to voices in the space.

  • Enable our GTM motion – Partner with sales to develop and test messaging with real-world feedback loops. Use those insights to refine our competitive positioning and sales narratives.

You Might Be a Fit If… 🏅

  • You balance narrative and nuance – You have created messaging frameworks that align cross-functional teams and evolved them as the market and product changed.

  • You thrive in ambiguity – You have built things from scratch, worn multiple hats, and helped define what “good” looks like, partnering directly with founders.

  • You know what resonates – You understand sales teams, know how to speak their language, and can translate technical product features into real-world value.

  • You’re collaborative and scrappy – You move quickly, communicate clearly, and work well with cross-functional partners, from founders to designers to AEs.

  • Bonus points if you have experience at an early-stage AI, ML company growing an audience or community around its brand

Benefits & Perks 🏆

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Flexible time off and paid parental leave
