Maintains log of all purchase requests and provides purchase request numbers. • Orders and maintains adequate supplies. • Maintains all property documents. • Prepares, mails and faxes transcript requests. • Requests the use of available rooms for training and presentations. • Creates, monitors, and edits training day schedules. • Date stamps all incoming mail, including invoices, on the date received. • Separates and distributes mail to appropriate personnel. • Assures outgoing mail is sent on time and using the appropriate method. • Produces clear copies of requested materials. • Proofreads typed documents prior to returning to originator. • Types meeting minutes, memos, reports, correspondence, newsletters, and any other item as directed. • Attends office meetings. • Runs office errands.
• One-year related experience. • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Associates Degree preferred.
Rate of Pay: $20.00
