What You Will Accomplish
  • Lead and Develop the SDR Team: Manage and mentor a team of 4+ SDRs, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities to drive individual and team success.
  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Develop strategies to maximize pipeline generation, ensuring the team meets or exceeds KPIs for meetings booked and qualified opportunities created.
  • Optimize Processes: Analyze and refine outreach processes, leveraging data to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and lead handoff processes, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on SDR performance, using metrics to inform coaching and strategic decisions.

Compensation
  • Compensation at Eve is highly competitive and determined based on experience, seniority, and considerations of both internal and external equity, as well as location. For this position, the base salary range is between $120,000 - $210-000$USD per year.
  • In addition to a compelling salary and performance-based bonuses, we offer an equity component that provides meaningful ownership and the opportunity to share in the company's long-term success.
