The Opportunity 

 Imagine shaping the end-to-end creative advertising process for 90% of the world’s top brands—from concept development to production to distribution and performance optimization to asset delivery. As API Product Manager, you’ll be the glue that connects XR with the creative ecosystem, owning the strategy and roadmap for XR’s client-facing RESTful APIs. Your work will streamline integrations, power seamless automation, and expand XR’s impact across the advertising industry. 

This is a high-impact role where your APIs will be used by hundreds of developers and affect tens of thousands of users who rely on XR to bring creative ideas to life. The impact you will have 

 Own the API Strategy & Roadmap 

• Define product priorities, balance immediate needs with long-term investments, and ensure APIs align with XR’s platform mission and business objectives.  

• Research the market, build relationships with 3rd parties, and work on the commercialization of data driven products. 

 Champion Developer Experience  

• Work with customers, partners, and internal teams to enhance usability, documentation, integration speed.  

• Deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.     

 Drive Execution & Innovation 

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable APIs while tracking adoption and performance metrics. 

• Continuously research and evaluate innovative solutions to expand capabilities and improve developer experience in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. 

 Expand XR’s Integration Footprint 

• Identify new opportunities and partner needs to grow XR’s API presence in the ad tech ecosystem to maximize impact.

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in a product-focused organization. 
• Proven success in API-driven products, from launch to scale. 
• Technical expertise with RESTful APIs, security, and developer tools. 
• Familiarity with the commercial advertising industry.

Reporting Relationship 

• Reports To: VP, Product Management – Data, APIs, and Shared Services 

• Collaborates With: 

• XR Engineering to build innovative, high-quality APIs. 

• Works with Business Development, Product Management, and key team members to make sure market insights and user feedback guide our API strategy. 

• Partners with external teams to align developer needs with our business goals.
