About the job

Are you interested in starting your own ABA practice? Do you have experience working as a Clinical Director? If so, we're actively recruiting providers nationwide. As a practice owner, you will work with us to establish your practice from the ground up and help us empower all BCBAs!

Built by a multidisciplinary team, Finni was born from the idea of enabling providers to deliver ethical care on their own terms. Too often, ABA is run with corporate and boxy principles that cede the delivery of high-quality care. That’s why we started Finni over three years ago!

Finni empowers autism care providers to start and run their practices. We help with all aspects of running an ABA practice.

  • Marketing & Referrals: We help market your services and access referrals from case managers locally.

  • Contracting & Credentialing: Finni handles all the applications and insurance companies you want to be in-network with.

  • Practice Management + Data Collection: We built our practice management and data collection software powered by AI. At Finni, you work directly with software developers to improve our clinical software.

  • Recruiting RBTs: We partner each practice owner with recruiters who help you find fantastic staff.

  • Insurance Billing & Collections: Finni pays providers for sessions delivered and collects from insurance companies on the back end. That means you don’t have to stress about fighting insurance companies.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field

  • Valid BCBA Certification.

  • Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired.

  • Minimum three years experience in ABA, with leadership roles preferred.

  • Strong entrepreneurial skills.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
