About the Position:

Location: Houston TX, Arlington VA, Alpharetta GA (Hybrid 2-3 days in office)


Key Responsibilities:


· Lead cross-functional teams through product development to manufacturing

· Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources

· Create/maintain project documentation and timelines

· Coordinate battery module /pack assembly processes

· Drive design reviews and validation processes

· Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders

· Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards

· Track project KPIs and report progress

· Manage CAPEX for equipment and tooling

· Optimize production costs and efficiency


What an ideal candidate brings to Fluence?
  • Bachelor’s in engineering/related field
  • 3-4 years NPI experience in manufacturing ( you can increase this to 5+ if you are looking for an experienced PM)
  • PMP certification (preferred)
  • Experience with PLM/ERP systems (Windchill, SAP preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of DFM, PFMEA, APQP, quality systems
  • Budget management experience

  • Preferred:

  • Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with automation/Industry 4.0
  • CAD software knowledge
  • Vendor management experience
