Job Description

  • Perform assigned game design tasks to enhance quality under senior direction, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate diverse media forms (games, film, music, art, television) for innovative game design ideas, staying updated on industry trends and audience preferences.
  • Ensure gameplay success through adjustments, oversee testing procedures, and maintain detailed design documentation.
  • Develop virtual features, define monetization strategies, and create test plans for internal groups.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance technical and design aspects, leading design reviews for quality assurance.
  • Manage documentation, schedules, and communication plans, aligning projects with core objectives and ensuring structured deliverables.
  • Support team development through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives, sharing experiences for skill enhancement.
  • Collaborate with leads in training material creation and actively contribute post-project for continuous learning.
  • Report progress and insights to key stakeholders, including Studio Game Designer Lead, Project Leads, and Producers.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, commitment to quality, and teamwork, ensuring timely task completion and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • More than 2 years’ experience in Game Design, with a passion for video games, including knowledge of market trends and retro gaming.
  • Solid knowledge of Game Design, including mechanics, level design, UI/UX, and game reward systems.
  • Good expertise in business models, monetization strategies, and game retention tactics.
  • Proficient in game design tools like Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms.
  • Has basic drawing, 3D design, and programming skills to comprehend scripts easily.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices hardware, platforms, software technologies, and techniques.
  • Utilizes creative thinking to innovate gameplay and resolve daily design challenges, balancing complex game systems effectively.
  • Adapts training methods based on program evolution, demonstrating creativity, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
  • Excels in communication, presentation, and pitching, working well under pressure to meet deadlines and adapting quickly to change.
  • Displays flexibility in thinking, accepts feedback positively for improvement, maintains self-discipline, motivation, and teamwork spirit, dedicated to achieving high-quality game results.

  • Work hours: 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
