Garage is seeking a driven Growth Associate. We are on a high-growth trajectory and looking for someone excited to join Garage as we reach new heights.
This position will involve:
Partnering with the co-founders & sales team to bring new sellers onto the platform.
Leading cold outreach & onboarding of prospective customers across the United States.
Attending conferences and visiting customers on-site as needed (20-30% travel expected).
Being scrappy and ready to jump in wherever needed to provide the best experience for our users.
This is an in-person position in NYC. Our office is located in Flatiron.

Garage is a fast-growing marketplace for pre-owned equipment and vehicles. Today, we help fire departments and municipalities sell their surplus equipment to other communities in need, nationwide.
Our mission is to radically improve the way surplus equipment is bought and sold for all stakeholders. We started in November 2023, and have raised from top investors like Y Combinator (YC W24).

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
