GitLab is looking to add a Sales Operations Analyst to join the team to help support and partner closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive and support this growing department. This position is 100% remote and based in the US time zone.
Vision & Mission
To create an infrastructure of scalable sales processes and sales tools governed by policies and supported by credible data that contribute to the productivity and optimization of the field organization. We aim to achieve this through cross-functional collaboration across the business continuum.
Key Tenets
The “Connective Tissue” between the organization’s Sales Strategy and GTM execution strategy. Providing strategic direction while easing the sales process, allowing sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively. Constant inspection (pulse) of the health of the GTM organization by leveraging data to make business-critical recommendations Maintaining a consistent business rhythm. Providing coverage to run and explore new areas of opportunity without distracting or diverting resources from the rest of the company.
