Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, self driven and engaging Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales organization. The SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting and qualifying potential new customers who can benefit from Coalfire’s products and services.
Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and a general understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching companies and qualifying leads. This role must showcase Coalfire solutions in a compelling way and is essential in driving the growth of our business and expanding our customer base.

Working remotely, you'll prospect and generate leads by identifying potential customers through cold calling, social media, and networking. If you enjoy researching companies and understanding their needs, this position is tailor-made for you! Your strong communication skills will shine as you proactively engage with prospects, helping them identify how Coalfire's innovative solutions can benefit their organizations. You'll schedule initial scoping meetings for our sales team and collaborate with both sales and marketing teams to enhance campaign effectiveness. Maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM system, Salesforce, is also part of the job. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a solid track record of 1-3 years in sales or customer service, along with the motivation to advance in a sales organization.
