Position:
Glass Lewis is hiring for its M&A and Contested Proxy Research group. This team covers M&A transactions and contested proxy fights across all industries, with a focus on providing in-depth analyses for institutional shareholder clients.
The Senior M&A Research Analyst role offers the candidate the opportunity to leverage their experience in the evaluation of a wide range of corporate transactions, to lead the evaluation and analysis of complex M&A proposals, including proxy contests and shareholder and issuer engagement

Your expertise in equity markets and corporate governance will shine as you contribute to a wide variety of projects, from updating policy guidelines to tracking critical market developments.
