Partnership Consultant - Strategy & Analytics

Two Circles is a global sports & entertainment business, connecting fans with sport properties using data. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations – including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and UEFA – and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year.

 We have a team of over 950 Two Circlers working from 14 cities across APAC, North America, and EMEA, serving our expanding international client base.

 The KORE intelligence platform is a B2B SaaS software solution, providing practical tools, services and insights that drive ticket sales, digital marketing, corporate sponsorships, activation management, premium hospitality and more.

In addition to our best-in-class software our consulting practice provides key insights and expertise to rights-holders, brands and agencies delivering integrated analysis and strategy on all aspects of sports business.

It is in to this team we are hiring a Consultant of Global Strategy & Analytics that will focus on current and future projects for rights holders and brand clients. The focus will be on analytics solutions (partnership valuation, ROO/ROI) as well as advisory solutions (Go-to-market, partnership strategy).

The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, detail-oriented, data-focused, and have a strong ability to work well in a team-based setting with internal and external stakeholders.

It's imperative that candidates can demonstrate the ability to build data visualizations (Tableau/PowerPoint), and show the technical aptitude to expand their SQL scripting skills.

Advisory

·       Leverage our deep relationships and knowledge base with agencies, brands, rights holders, and consumers across the globe to create strategies that drive both brand value and business results for our clients and their partners. 

·       Curate strategy for clients based upon market trends, measurement, value drivers, potential opportunities etc.

·       Identify the value and objectives for clients, and curate strategy around positioning an offerings in the marketplace

·       Facilitate the work to inform the strategy for key partner programs, and identification of growth opportunities to be used in renewals and negotiations.

·       Leads the day-to-day management of select partnerships, with focus on working directly with client team members, executing deliverables, measuring/analyzing data points, and providing strategic recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.

·       Ensure that projects are produced according to SOW, on-time, and are aligned with client expectations and budgets.

Analytics

·       Combining KPI’s unique insights and technological expertise with both trade and proprietary research tools, informs strategy and platform development, partnership evaluation and recommendations, and value associated with ROI & ROO. 

·       Provide partners with dynamic measurement and reporting across key metrics, and demonstrate performance of partners across a variety of data types and sources.

·       Help implement the data analytics vision for business decision making through Tableau dashboard design for clients.

·       Monitor trends in the sports, entertainment, and technology landscapes to keep team members and executives up to date, and identify new opportunities.

·       Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred.

·       3+ years of business strategy, consulting, or agency experience (preferably in the sports/entertainment industry)

·       1+ year(s) experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)

·       Experience with SQL, SAS, R, Python, and/or another statistical programming language a plus

·       Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint, Word and Excel

·       Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills

·       Knowledge of sponsorship and the sports industry

·       Ability to communicate professionally in both a written and verbal context with external end-users and internal colleagues

·       Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and ability to coordinate across multiple departments

·       Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
