Associate Creative Producer (Fully Onsite - Playa Vista, CA)

THE OPPORTUNITY


As a key member of our Creative Team, you will play a pivotal role in both the strategic and operational aspects of content creation. This role combines creative production with coordination responsibilities, allowing you to harness data, creative insights, and market research to craft compelling performance ads and brand collateral. You will be responsible for driving client revenue growth through creative strategy, content production, and managing relationships with influencers and User-Generated Content (UGC) creators, all under the leadership and direction of your Creative Director. This is a fully onsite role located in office 5 days a week in Playa Vista, CA.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Assist with creating performance ads and brand collateral by utilizing data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective strategies.
  • Perform consumer, product, and competitor research to inform creative decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Editors, Designers, Producers, and Clients to produce impactful video and static ads.
  • Manage UGC creators' sourcing, briefing, and administration, ensuring content creation aligns with client timelines and approvals.
  • Track deliverables, and timelines, and ensure consistent quality in content creation.
  • Provide and execute feedback from key stakeholders to enhance creative output.
  • Analyze creative test results and iterate to improve effectiveness.
  • Stay current on social media trends and apply this knowledge to creative strategies.
  • Manage your own projects, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Assist in logistical tasks, including ordering supplies, invoicing, and asset management.
  • Serve as a production assistant on shoot days, ensuring smooth operations and coordination.
  • Support the creative team in setting up and breaking down shooting environments and managing digital assets.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes, reviewing content for consistency with brand guidelines and creative vision.
  • Oversee influencer campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand voice.


WHAT DOES THE HIRING PROCESS ENTAIL?:
  • Stage 1 (Recruiter Screen) - After you submit your application, our talent recruitment team will review and reach out to candidates. During this 20-30 minute phone call, we’ll discuss your career journey and professional motivators while learning about GR0 overall and the Creative Producer opportunity.
  • Stage 2 (Creative Team Interview) - In this stage, you'll meet with members of our Creative Team. You’ll discuss your design process, review your portfolio, and explore how your creative approach aligns with our projects. This is also a chance for you to learn more about the team's workflow and the types of projects you'd be working on.
  • Stage 3 (Leadership Interview) - The next video interview with our Creative Director and Leadership Team will involve 30 minutes of diving deeper into the GR0 processes, tools, core values, and company roadmap.
  • Stage 4 (Co-Founders Connect) - The last conversation of the interview process is always a chance for you to connect with our CEO and Co-Founder, Kevin Miller, and our Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder, Jon Zacharias.
  • Stage 5 (Offer) - If a #GR0mance has brewed, we will make you a competitive offer and hope you’ll accept!
