Head of Product Marketing

At Gradient Labs, we’re on a mission to make exceptional customer service the norm.

Founded in 2023 by a team of technical leaders from Monzo Bank, we’ve quickly gone from an idea to a growing team with customers you know (and probably love). Our AI agent helps businesses handle even the trickiest, high-stakes customer support queries safely and effectively, all while giving them the visibility and control they need to trust the outcomes.

We are a collaborative, ambitious, and fun team based in London, and we’re now looking for our founding Product Marketing team member. This role will be based in New York, where we are building our first hub outside the UK.

  • Shape Our Vision: Lead the strategic development and execution of product marketing initiatives for our cutting-edge AI solutions, ensuring our messaging resonates with both technical and business audiences.

  • Craft Compelling Narratives: Develop and refine product positioning and value propositions that clearly articulate the transformative impact of our solutions.

  • Drive Go-to-Market Success: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and AI Delivery teams to design and implement impactful go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and market expansion.

  • Create High-Impact Content: Oversee the production of engaging marketing collateral—ranging from sales enablement tools and presentations to white papers and digital content—that educates and inspires.

  • Analyse & Optimise: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously refine campaigns and strategies.

  • Be Our Ambassador: Represent Gradient Labs as a thought leader at industry events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing our expertise in AI-driven customer support.

  • Mentor & Inspire: Hire and lead a high-performing product marketing team, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

The final compensation will depend on the relevant skills and experience of the candidate, but we aim to pay within the top 10% of comparable roles at seed-stage startups.
