Role Purpose
The Sales Manager, Central & Southeast Grocery will hold ownership for the key account and independent retailer businesses in their assigned regions, including HEB, Meijer, Hy-Vee, Publix, Harris Teeter, and more, building strong relationships with retailer Category Managers to to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and shared goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving account-specific objectives by creating strategic sales plans, fostering strong customer relationships, managing broker partnerships, and implementing trade marketing strategies. Your efforts will focus on driving sales growth and profitability through impactful promotions, new product distribution, and retail execution excellence.
Role Responsibilities
Preference will be given to candidates that can work 4 days per week out of one of our offices in Brooklyn, NY or Austin, TX, however qualified remote candidates will be considered.
The Sales Manager role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales.
