As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer engagement, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.Key Responsibilities• Lead the Store's Connections Selling Team to achieve sales targets and provide superior customer service• Manage department budgets and payroll while maintaining high standards of merchandising and signage• Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including product demonstration, hospitality, and selling plans• Serve as a role model and leader to ensure customer experience and hospitality excel across the StoreRequirements• Minimum 3+ years of experience in event coordination, demonstrations, and selling, customer service, or a related culinary arts field• Experience in inventory management, leadership, and food safety certification• Possess strong knowledge of H-E-B systems and processes, including Scheduling System, Inventory Management Systems, and Sales Data Systems• Advanced customer service, interpersonal, and influencing skills
