Job Description

Role Description:

Join our team as a Data Modeler and play a key role in designing and implementing data models that support our data-driven initiatives.

In this position, you will work with scalable systems, emphasizing microservice architecture, near real-time data processing, and the management of diverse database types. Your expertise in data modeling tools, combined with your ability to effectively communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, will be essential for the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and implement data models that support data-driven initiatives

· Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements

· Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data models

· Maintain documentation and metadata for data models

· Work with microservice architecture, near real-time message processing, SQL and NoSQL databases

Your Profile:

· Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and ability to create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases

· Extensive experience in applying database technologies (relational, dimensional, and NoSQL) to solve complex data challenges and optimize data storage and retrieval processes

· Experience in designing and implementing database structures, as well as defining data structures and relationships within databases and data pipelines

· Familiarity with Data Warehousing and ETL processes

· Experience working with data formats such as JSON, XML, and Avro, as well as microservice architecture and message processing

· Understanding of microservice architecture and messaging data processing

· Ability to maintain and manage metadata to facilitate data understanding and governance

· Knowledge of industry best practices for data modeling and database design

· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements

· Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database queries

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret business requirements and design effective data models and troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues

· Excellent communication and documentation skills
